- JMJo MamaJun 16, 20191.0Do NOT use these attorneys! Under no circumstances! You'd be better off going it alone! My experience was more than horrific. Too many things to mention here but here are just a couple if examples of how they treat their clients. They charged me $13,000. and basically handed the case over to the opposing counsel. They never had my best interest in mind. They charged me for 20 minutes to send a fax (which takes seconds) at $225 an hour instead of having their paralegal or receptionist do it at $65. an hour. I gave Jeffrey a ride home one day after court because his car was in the shop and billed me for it at $250 an hour!!! My husband won the case and he only paid $2000 and used an attorney that specializes in accident injury cases. Representation like this is what gives attorneys a bad name.
