  This firm needs some moral orthodontist help. If your goal is to be financially bankrupt due to endless and senseless litigation and absolutely no civil communication with your ex spouse, then this firm will accomplish that for you. They can absolutely spend all of your ex spouses money while ripping your family apart, and ensuring that there is no coparenting at the end. Ashely Emerson will do NOTHING in the best interest of children. Only cares about billing for her from. Name on the marquee. Ashley Emerson litigated in such a profoundly antagonistic way that now two years later my ex-wife and mother of my three children has had zero contact with these boys due to the advice of her attorney attorneys. They litigate so forcefully and aggressively that it’s right up to the line of abusive process.

  In my experience with Nathan Dowell, I had concerns about communication and case management. Based on what I observed, I did not feel confident in the representation. he did not follow through on tasks he said he would and used in my opinion VERY deceitful practices.

  My review is for Meagan Moodie of GEM Law, the M in the GEM. I dealt with her as opposing counsel for more than three years, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. As a self‑represented parent, I found her communication consistently unproductive and needlessly confrontational. In my view, straightforward matters were repeatedly pushed into court instead of being handled through reasonable dialogue, which increased both cost and conflict. Based on my experience, her approach made effective co‑parenting far harder than it needed to be and prolonged issues that could have been resolved quickly. Anyone considering hiring her should be aware that the style of representation I witnessed prioritized escalation over cooperation, and it significantly impacted the overall process.

  Ms. Landauer was extremely professional and thorough. Her recommendations as a parenting coordinator were clear, concise, and evidence-based. Even in the midst of a high-conflict dynamic, she got to the heart of the issues quickly and directly. I recommend her very highly.
