She and her supporting staff at Olsen & Mahoney, LLP are very professional, personable, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable! We have been with Andrea for over 10 years and plan on being with her for another 10 years! Foote Family

  I needed to set up a trust & shopped around to compare fees. Kent Olsen had already been Highly Recommended (I thought I could save a few dollars). Many lawyers SEEMED to have lower fees. Offering an Initial lower rate but FULLY Expecting to Increase that cost by charging "ADDITIONAL HOURLY and SET FEES" for Any, "unforeseen issues & problems" that may arise. ANY. I didn't know what to expect so I paid a little more for Quality & Experience, Kent Olsen. Highly regarded & recommended Specifically for Planning & Trusts. His Fee Included E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. Problems? Covered Issues? Covered Very GLAD I Did. Some of those unforeseen problems & issues did arise with the courts. Those '"cheaper"' lawyers? Easily half again as much as Mr. Olsen with their "Hourly & Set" fees. EVERYTHING, COVERED. (except of course, court costs) Our first meeting there were No clocks or time limits. He gave his Undivided Attention answered ALL our questions. covered things we hadn't thought of. When we weren't able to get to Cherry Creek to sign some papers He drove North to meet us at his Arvada satellite office. He (& Deana, his legal assistant) have been most helpful and answered additional questions that have come up. Nothing Additional & Nothing Unforeseen = Experience Mr Kent Olsen, He Made Sure it was Done Right for LESS He was my Single Fee Solution to All of those "'cheaper'" lawyers

  I worked with Kent on a probate / trust matter. He was thorough, responsive and very professional. He got the trust documents drafted and approved faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend him in the future.
