- VVVinnyMar 12, 20261.0Horrible customer service once they take your case you never hear back from them again even though you email them requesting for them to call you when they never called I asked them for a letter of discontinuance and then they notify that they just submitted my case after 3 years I got an email today to sign some papers and I asked if they call me and they never did so I got to speak to them maybe twice in 3 years
