To when Howard Thigpen the most well articulate shark (in the best way possible) took over the case and won for us. We never ever lost faith in his abilities and trusted his strategic plan. Andrea Bible his paralegal was also amazing at staying on top of things and kept us informed along the way. I know being an attorney is completely different than being a therapist but my God, Howard was amazing at also keeping us calm and collected.
