  I was in an accident with a semi where the semi was at fault. When I called your team seemed like they didn’t know how to handle what was going on. Your team that answers the phones are very new it seemed. You guys determined that my case was worth taking and had me on the phone filling out forms and answering questions for a long time. Then over the weekend I get an email. Not a call anything saying that you will now NOT take my case. I tried to call and email back to get answers and received nothing but being put on hold and we will call you backs that never came. Then I get a call almost 5 days later saying that you have to reopen my case. No answers, no reasoning. Nothing. The lady that called seemed upset why I wouldn’t want to reopen a case and work with you. You guys are very unorganized. Horrible way to do business. Huge lack of communication and business breakdown. Maybe too big for your britches to care.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole Miller at the attorney’s office, and I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and care she demonstrated. From the moment she answered the phone, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely empathetic to my situation. I was feeling extremely frustrated after dealing with an insurance company that was giving me the runaround and undervaluing my claim. Nicole took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel heard and understood. Her attention to detail was evident, and she handled everything with a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines excellent customer service skills with true compassion, but Nicole does exactly that. She turned what had been a stressful experience into one where I finally felt supported and guided in the right direction. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend working with her.

  I had an excellent experience working with Bachus & Schanker, especially with the attorney Jenn Kilpatrick and her paralegal Trina. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They killed it. Jenn and Trina provided clear guidance every step of the way. They made sure I understood my options, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled everything with a high level of care and attention to detail. Plus they were extremely friendly and lively individuals which made all the difference!

  Just want to leave a message thanking Ryan Guerin and Hugh O'Sullivan for taking the time to meet and answer questions during intake at the rehabilitation center my mother is being treated at. My mom was in a severe motor vehicle accident and hasnt been able to walk. Both Ryan Guerin and Hugh O'Sullivan arrived on time, prepared, and listened with empathy and precise data gathering. I can tell both are warm and compassionate people. They made my mom feel comfortable as she vented regarding all the trauma she is continuing to experience both physically and mentally.
