  The AR group represented me for about 4-5 months on an FLSA claim that I brought to my employer. Victoria was my main point of contact, with Jeanette becoming more involved as my case progressed and entered negotiations. I was treated like more than just a case or job. Victoria dove deep into my case and all relevant details, and gained an full understanding of what was going on. Not only was my case treated with great care, but on a personal level, I felt as though they cultivated a really positive personal and professional relationship. They took time to understand my needs as a client. Ultimately, my case was required to go to arbitration in another state, so we had to transfer my file to another firm. I am now working with a large firm in Houston, and I have a point of reference after using the AR Group. I do more self advocating with the new firm and they haven't put in nearly as much time in understanding my case or my goals as a client. Victoria and Jeanette (AR Group) gave me a high benchmark to compare any future legal representation with. They always held my best interests as their top priority. I would highly recommend them, and I wish that I could have continued working with them for the duration of my case.
