  It was great to meet Malcom & his staff at the Law Offices of Malcom B Seawell! He is very knowledgeable & was able to reassure me in my current situation (Traffic infraction/accident). Not only did he listen to me carefully, but he also took time out of his day (twice) to answer my call & have an in person consultation free of charge! Lawyers can be intimidating but with Malcom I felt his experience & optimism showed his humanity & I will certainly reach back out to him if need be!

  From start to finish, working with Malcolm has been such an amazing experience. Malcolm is a seasoned attorney and it shows when he is working in the court room, the man knows everybody and everybody knows him as a matter of fact, a few times other attorneys or DA’s went out of there way to ask how he’s been doing! That, in my opinion, proves Malcolm to be recognized as one of the best. Communication was on point. Everything is explained in a manner in which us normal folk can understand. I can say that in my darkest hours, Malcolm was there making sure I was squared away. I trusted Malcolm with every aspect of my case, and he shined so bright when I needed my path lit up.   Very disappointing experience this lawyer seemed to care only about money The client hired and paid over $10,000 upfront, expecting professional guidance and genuine support. Unfortunately, it appeared that the lawyer was more focused on payment than on the client's situation. Throughout the case, the client did not receive clear advice or meaningful guidance. Instead, the lawyer repeatedly urged the client to accept a plea deal and take the blame, without taking the time to explain other options or the potential consequences. The client had hoped for an attorney who would fight for them and offer honest, thoughtful advice. Instead, they felt ignored and pressured. Based on this experience, the client would not recommend this lawyer and advises others to find someone who truly listens, communicates, and represents their best interests.
