  Jonathan Willett represented our son in a juvenile misdemeanor sexual contact case. His expertise, years of experience, and reputation helped tremendously. He is well known and well respected throughout the legal system. Jonathan presented us with several options to resolve the case, and then worked with us and the DA to come to a fair agreement. He and his legal assistant, Dan, make a great team and we would recommend them to any family going through a similar situation.

  I consulted with him for a time sensitive matter. He took MONTHS to go though the information he requested, or maybe he never did. He kept assuring me he could help me and that "This is what he does all the time" referring to the type of legal matter. He waited until the deadline for filing to tell me he thought I may have a case but he wasn't going to help, wouldn't refer me to anyone else, gave no explanation and was kind a of rude jerk in his correspondence, trying to blame me for his mistake or ineptness. So not very professional. So that's the kind of person he is I guess, more than willing to turn on you if he makes a mistake. He seemed to have lost track of what my case was about and what information I had already given him. I was too patient, but he was the first attorney who saw a possible solution, or maybe that was just hot air too. He seems very nice in the beginning. So he just added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. Don't waste your time as I did.

  Jonathan was very helpful, and understanding of the position I put myself in. As well as going above and beyond trying to get some answers in a family court matter I have going on as well. I thank him for his hard work, and I would highly recommend him to friends and family in the future.

  Jonathan Willett has assisted members of my family with two different types of cases (and is working on a third, which - no offense to his ability, we hope will be the last) and in every instance he was approachable, dependable, knowledgeable of both the law and the particularities of the jurisdiction, and did his best to make difficult and sometimes frightening situations as comfortable as possible. His fees are reasonable and he has someone else handle billing and payment plans so that there is no sense that those things are interfering with his attention to the legal matters. Should you ever find yourself in the hell that is the Broomfield court system, Jonathan is an excellent guide and hand-holder, always courteous and professional, no matter how unprofessionally the other side behaves. His main focus is on getting the best deal for each of his clients and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
