  I'll never be able to express how grateful I am for the Jeffress team. After my motorcycle accident, I was so overwhelmed with the physical and mental toll of everything that happened. I didn't know what to expect from my case because I was just a passenger. From the first call we had, they were kind and reassuring. Throughout my case, they checked in, kept me updated on everything, and made sure I was doing alright. They have no idea how much it meant to me that they would always make sure I was recovering and doing well. If you're going through something scary and you're wondering if this is the law firm that will truly be there for you, I promise you this is the team you want.   I’m so thankful the Jeffress Law firm handled my complex ski injury case. Before hiring them I phoned two other legal firms. One thought my case wasn’t viable or worth the time, and the other wanted to jump immediately into the most aggressive legal tactic possible and didn’t seem to listen to me. Chris listened to me regarding my wishes and all the facts and details of my case and came up with a plan of action that felt right. Throughout the process it felt as though it was a collaborative relationship. But beyond that, I was amazed by the attention to detail and the compassion with which he/they handled the case. When I wasn’t working directly with Chris, I worked primarily with his excellent legal assistant, Traci Cullen. Wow. She had incredible insight, kept the case on track, and handled so many details, some of which I thought I should have to do myself! I also felt like she was my mental health guardian by assisting everywhere she could and by offering genuine compassionate support. It’s difficult to put into words how devastating those post accident days were. The fear and the fragility I felt as to whether I would be able to walk again and the general uncertainty of the future…but I felt like I was truly in good hands with this professional team. I am fortunate to have had a positive outcome with this complicated case. The financial settlement obviously can’t fix or recover the function, time, devastation, etc. that one undergoes with a traumatic accident, but it does help to ease the stress and provide some component of comfort for the future.
