  Initial consultation starts at $450. Before you tell them the whole story. 🙄 Justice in America is too expensive for normal people. 😢 I might have had $1 million case for them but now they get nothing.

  They know what they're doing and they took the time to get the edits I wanted. I had never had to enlist the services of a law firm for these sorts of matters before, and I can confidently say it was a very worthwhile and stress free experience. They were responsive in keeping everything on track. And their lead attorney made sure the signing process was smooth and efficient. Estate planning involves sensitive topics, and they handled everything with respect and understanding. They are professionals that live up to the letters behind their names. As with many things, you get what you pay for; and I was actually quite satisfied with the cost breakdown provided and never felt surprised by the costs involved. For some this doesn't matter but for many of us it does - I really valued and appreciated always having the option to speak with a woman attorney. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and client-focused estate planning attorneys.

  Schedules an appointment for a consultation weeks out, then calls you the week before to tell you they can't take your case. You don't know what type of cases you can handle? Feel like I dodged a bullet rather than letting incompetent clowns handle my case.

  Doesn't answer their phone. Music just keeps playing, I waited 20 minutes then tried to call back an hour later. Finally got through on 4th attempt, to be told that even a brief consultation is $400. Most attorneys in the area offer free consults or charge between $100 to $150. This attorney is not connected enough for a $400 consult, when they can't even answer their phone in a timely manner. Way to run off a potential business client with deep pockets (literally a gold dealer). Bonus: before it rings, you get an announcement (if you called in from their sponsored Google listing) that says "Google and its partners may record or monitor this call. This call is not confidential"... um, all calls to lawyers should be confidential.
