Communicating with Scott and his senior legal assistant, Cynthia Byrd was like night and day in comparison to the first lawyer. Scott always explained things to me clearly and succinctly in terms of how we were going to proceed with the case. He explained the time line and always let me know when there was going to be a delay. Scott's understanding and detailed description of the scene of the accident was truly remarkable.
