  I can’t say it’s a pleasure for us to work with Mr. Hanson, as getting a lawyer is never a pleasant matter. However, Mr. Hanson guided us towards the more optimal and cost-effective outcome. Among all of the potential routes things can go wrong in the real estate world and all the approaches an attorney may take, we’re grateful towards Mr. Hanson for his knowledge and professionalism, as well as his thoughtfulness and compassion.

  I recently found myself involved in a business contract dispute that I feared would cause me to lose a great deal of money. I contacted Mr. Hanson's team and they instantly put the matter to rest, with no court involvement and minimal expense to me. They prepared fast, they know what they're doing and they move quickly. I always felt that conquering my problem was their number one objective and they got me a great result. After working with them, it's nice to know I have a law firm I can go to whenever I need one for any future issues that come up in business or real estate matters.

  Mr. Hanson helped me negotiate the lease terms for my current apartment. I had no experience with this type of negotiation, but he was able to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. He was extremely thorough, and went through the entire document with me clause-by-clause. Mr. Hanson put my mind at ease during an otherwise stressful time, and I would highly reccomend him to others.

  Mr. Hanson was absolutely great. My wife and I had a car accident though it was small case he handled it with such professionalism and care. I felt like a priority regardless of the size of my case. We won the case, getting compensated for the damage. Ever sense William Hanson has been my go to when ever I needed legal advice.
