  I can’t say it’s a pleasure for us to work with Mr. Hanson, as getting a lawyer is never a pleasant matter. However, Mr. Hanson guided us towards the more optimal and cost-effective outcome. Among all of the potential routes things can go wrong in the real estate world and all the approaches an attorney may take, we’re grateful towards Mr. Hanson for his knowledge and professionalism, as well as his thoughtfulness and compassion.

  William is a very knowledgeable attorney. I reached him to request for help in a legal issue - although situation did not allow me to retain him, he consistently was available for any questions, guided me through the process very patiently. I wish I met him before I hired another one. In this confusing, frustrating, stressful legal world, one should have help from attorneys like William. I would definitely recommend William.

  Mr. Hanson helped me negotiate the lease terms for my current apartment. I had no experience with this type of negotiation, but he was able to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. He was extremely thorough, and went through the entire document with me clause-by-clause. Mr. Hanson put my mind at ease during an otherwise stressful time, and I would highly reccomend him to others.
