  I was unable to prepare or help by case and Mr Powell with my wife's help handled it to my complete satisfaction I think this was somewhere in the 2016 era I'm not sure my mind was gone

  I came to them for a injury that happened on my job. I was appointed Mr. Powell. I met with him maybe 3 times during my whole case. His assistant or office manger whomever she was to him; She wasn't a nice person to speak too. She was very rude and didn't treat you as a client or a person just another case. As if she could understand what your dealing with. I wasn't ever rude to her and I spoke to her with the most respect I could. I felt I was catering to her feelings and mine didn't matter. I couldn't ever call to speak to him unless you made a appointment. I lost so much after my injury and I didn't even have enough to get me out of the debit that came from me being injured. It's very overwhelming and nobody understands that feeling of loss and still feeling it today. Thats my experience but I know others got better out comes. God bless
