  Firstly, I need to state this was my 2nd hiring of this law firm. I first hired them in 2015 to handle my parents’ property held in trust. A family member was holding the property hostage essentially, and I ran out of money; therefore, I had to drop the lawsuit. Fast forward 7 years later, after the unexpected passing of my brother, and I re-hired the law firm with the recommendation of working with Sasha Collins, and Cari Potts……both respected in the courts and held in high esteem by their colleagues. These attorneys did not disappoint. My other brother (co-trustee) and I didn’t always know what questions to ask, so it’s important to research that on your own as much as you can before starting. Both Ms Collins, and Ms Potts answered our questions thoughtfully, and based on the law. Unfortunately, my brother and I were dealing with a very unhealthy family system, and that is not something attorneys are paid to address. That being said, it was extremely stressful interpersonally within the family. At times, my brother and I felt we had to nudge the attorneys to be more aggressive in their presentation to the judge, which they did, albeit reluctantly at times. That would be my one criticism, along with the attorneys’ paralegal(s) oftentimes not having correct information, eg. I missed several calls because the paralegal was using an outdated number despite my having given them updated info when we signed the legal contract; along with, getting beneficiary info incorrect more than once. But, it was remedied by the attorneys. It was a lengthy journey, approximately 2 years (?) and the attorneys had given us an accurate timeline. I would highly recommend this law firm, and either of these attorneys, Ms. Sasha Collins and Ms. Cari Potts. Our case was problematic from the onset, and they handled it with knowledge, grace, and expertise. Thank You Both.
