- COCourtney O’BeacainNov 8, 20231.0I am disgusted and appalled at this attorney's lack of empathy. Not only did he not warn us that he would not be appearing by our side in court, he was completely unprepared and stuttered over his words on speakerphone which allowed the opposing attorney to appear much more informed. Court did not go well for us and when we expressed that this may not be a good fit & we'd like some of the $5,000 we paid him, he told my husband (who is fighting for my stepson) "No wonder your son's mother hates you." He said this to a man who is on the verge of losing his child & gave away his entire savings to an attorney TRUSTING that he would represent him properly. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS behavior.
