  Recently moved out of state, was left with 7 pending warrants from 6 year old case, these guys where able to get all charges dismissed. Didn't even have to return or show up on Zoom. Thanks guys

  First and foremost, Clint Parish is an incredible lawyer and human being. He is a no-nonsense, direct, honest, and compassionate attorney. While visiting Tuolumne County, one of my family members found themselves being accused of a serious allegation with the possibility of being incarcerated. Mr. Parish was recommended to us by a legal colleague in Alameda County. Experiencing the criminal justice system was a frightening and painful ordeal, which caused our family anguish over two years. Several of our court dates were in Tuolumne County and our family was out of its element. Mr. Parish was with us every step of the way, guiding us through the Tuolumne County court system and helping us navigate the legal process, which we found to be confusing and baffling. In plain English, Mr. Parish previewed for us what to anticipate at each court hearing and summarized for us what happened at each proceeding. After several hearings in Tuolumne County, our case was moved to Alameda County. At this point, Mr. Parish informed us that we could retain his services for the remainder of the case; however, not being a practicing attorney in Alameda County, Mr. Parish indicated we might be better off hiring an attorney from Alameda County to help us navigate the remaining hearings. Hiring a second attorney was going to cause our family additional financial strain, likely doubling our legal costs. We did meet with an attorney in Alameda County, but ultimately continued with Mr. Parish as our case made its way through the Alameda County criminal justice system. This is where Mr. Parish’s legal talents shined. Mr. Parish, with no professional connections or previous repour with any judges in Alameda County, was able to navigate our county’s criminal justice system with ease. When it appeared our case could take a negative direction, Mr. Parish remained professional and compassionate. He always made sure our family was doing well (or as well as could be expected given the circumstances) and was concerned with our emotional state. Mr. Parish remained our attorney until the case was concluded. My family member’s case was ultimately dismissed with my family member’s record being sealed. If you find yourself in need of a criminal attorney in Tuolumne County, I highly recommend you seek Mr. Parish’s services. Words cannot express our gratitude for what Mr. Parish has done for our family.

He has a Great Report with the community, is a US Veteran and understands the law inside & out. 100% Professional with the skills to make any false Criminal Charge or wrongful prosecution come to light in court.
