I trusted this firm with my long-term legal interests, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing and disrespectful. After nearly two decades of loyalty, I have found it impossible to get clear communication. The firm recently sent me a letter stating they now consider my matter to be 'worthless,' despite being my counsel of record for nearly two decades. I have sent numerous emails seeking professional transparency and followed up multiple times, only to be met with total silence. Mr. Schimmel personally provided a return date of March 6 to address my concerns, yet that date has passed with no response. It is incredibly 😐discouraging to be treated this way and told your case is 'worthless' by the very people you trusted to protect you. I am simply looking for the respect any client of 18 years deserves. At this stage, I cannot recommend their services to anyone who values communication and accountability. Smh 🧐
