- AHAlexandra HurleyNov 13, 20251.0I sadly had a horrible experience with Mr. Hubbs. He seemed like he was on my side to help me fairly get my SSI he hadn’t explain the difference between SSI and SSID. The appointments he charged were not the hours he claimed I have the phone minutes screen shot. We agreed on the fair price that is set for SSI. I offered to provide records but he said his secretary would. He charged 10 minutes for a simple fax and overtaxed hundreds of pages. Once the case was one he is asking for more than double the fee agreed on. We had to travel to his appointments with my disabilities and pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars for gas food and lodging. He traveled once for a hearing and brought his wife and is asking for me to pay his travel expenses. He also live close to where my appointments where and had multiple appts and is charging me for gas. Please get information about your lawyer and the laws before you think about hiring him. He was very deceiving and taking advantage of someone who is sick.
- DBD BJan 20, 20235.0Bob Hubbs is amazing! I can't thank him enough. After dealing with another law firm for 2 years and being passed onto several of their attorneys, I had had it. I called Bob on extremely short notice, as my hearing was fast approaching, and the previous lawyers had done nothing of value. My hearing was 3 years, almost to the day, of filing. Bob got the hearing temporarily postponed, for a couple more months, so he could review all my documentation and properly prepare my case. He was extremely thorough and handled everything for me, including a multitude of things the previous law firm had not done and, to make things worse, they wanted me to do. I can't thank Bob enough. I'm so grateful to have had him represent me. His work was so incredible that 5 minutes before my hearing (video conference due to Covid-19), the ALJ reviewed the extra documentation Bob submitted, they made a ruling in my favor without even continuing with the hearing. I can't say it enough, Bob Hubbs is awesome and I'm so grateful to have found him.
