  I retained David and paid a $7,500 retainer for representation in my divorce matter. Since then, I have been unable to reach him despite repeated attempts over the past 12 months. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and even visited his office in person. The office has consistently been closed, and calls to the number posted on the door have gone unanswered. Due to the lack of communication, I have retained new counsel to move my case forward. I am simply requesting that David formally release his representation so my new attorney can proceed without unnecessary delay. I am not seeking conflict — I just need closure so I can move forward. If this matter is resolved promptly, I am willing to remove this review.

  Couldn’t be happier with how my divorce went… other than never getting married in the first place lol. David led me through a very uncomfortable time in my life, got me everything I asked for and got it all done as quick as the system will allow! Thanks again

  David was very helpful when I was getting married. He put together a pre-nuptial agreement for me which sadly was very important years later when I got divorced. His fees were reasonable and when I did have to get divorced he was also very helpful and knowledgable. He's a good guy to have in your corner for these kinds of things and is very fair.

  Divorce. The worst occurrence a human can endure save the death of a child. The death of a marriage. If you are reading this, you feel my pain. David will feel your pain. He was so much during my divorce; a friend, a consultant, a strategist - I cannot imagine that horrible journey without him. A divorce will yield two enemies - your opponent and the State of California. As a man, DO NOT plan on battle with the State without the guidance of a talented attorney! The battlefield is not level! David will even the field as much as possible and calm the waters. The absolute worse time of your life will be made better with David Pisarra. I guarantee it.
