When I initially contacted the firm they got back to me within a day and explained what they could do for me. Even though I now live in Florida and case concerned property in California, the communication between Brett and I was clear and easy to understand. Brett handled a real estate case that had frustrated me for a couple of years and hung in there even though there were months of inaction out of his control. I cannot speak highly enough about the actions Brett took and how well he communicated with me. The case is finally closed, thanks to Brett's diligence and actions. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend others do the same. My sincere thanks to Brett.
