  Very helpful and kind attorney. He took the time to review my questions and call me even though I just needed a consultation. He was great at explaining the laws and helped me figure out how to speak to my employer to avoid termination during a disability leave.   A former employer didn't credit me for unused vacation time, and completely dismissed all my requests. With Douglas Kane's representation, I received a payout covering 100% of all the unused vacation time that I rightfully claimed.
