  It is incredibly difficult to find quality representation for immigration matters. Many attorneys are trying to handle as many cases as quickly as they can at once. However, immigration matters are both very nerve racking and require close attention to detail. There are few people better in the Bay to trust with your matter with than Justin. He was there for every step of our immigration matter. Very clear and prompt communications. Incredibly knowledgeable about the subject and careful in preparation. We felt confident knowing that our matter was being handled carefully.

  Justin and his team did a fantastic job with my wife's Green Card. They were extremely professional and communicated very well throughout the whole process.   I worked with the team from Fok Immigration for my family-based green card (adjustment of status from F1) after marriage. The team is very responsive, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. We actually came to Justin after interacting with a few different lawyers, who charged us on an hourly-basis for every consultation meeting we had or were fear-mongering regarding the immigration process. Justin and his team stood out to me and my husband because I was able to speak to Justin and his paralegal, Lillian, just by calling their office number. Before we committed, Justin took questions from me twice about 20-30mins each time, making me feel at ease and comfortable before even signing a contract with the firm. Note that Justin is very busy, but we felt that he made sure answer all his clients/potential clients' questions. They worked on our case for a flat fee which included all correspondences and subsequent meetings. Justin set realistic expectations from the beginning and our case went exactly as he had expected. We submitted our initial package in December 2024 through the firm and received my green card in hand by late July 2025. We're very thankful to this team for their help and support in my case - particularly for their friendliness and transparency, which is rare after interacting with a few immigration law firms. I strongly believe the ability to help clients feel confident and at ease is invaluable in immigration lawyers as we're already navigating a complicated and stressful process. Justin and his team provided that in addition to being extremely competent.
