  Injuries are never expected, nevertheless an injury that will forever have an impact in the quality of life you once enjoyed. Having to deal with a foreign legal process with an insurance carrier while physically and emotionally in pain is extremely difficult and confusing. After months of neglect, I decided to contact Katzakian Law for legal counsel. Art Rocha with his experience in hand was able to explain the process in detail. As soon as possible Art was able to reinstate payment and insurance coverage. He was also able to get diagnostic exams, medical treatment, and pain medications approved. He defended my rights as an injured party. I am thankful and will be forever grateful for all his help. I highly recommend Art Rocha to anyone who has suffered a work injury.

  Called in today because I seen great reviews, Francisco was very rude and condescending, Honestly they gave that person way too much power as they denied me to speak to their supervisor and hung up. I am an electrician that was electrocuted at work and have an accepted claim, I've negotiated a settlement that I have not signed because I wanted a experienced attorney to settle my claim. Apparently this francisco does not accept my claim, He even asked if I was a lawyer because I asked him if he was one of the lawyers. He then hung up on me. I really didn't need this unprofessional experience. Someone should monitor his calls as I've never ever been treated this way!

  Here is my story: I got injured at work back in 2013. I was recommended a lawyer in sunnyvale by my boyfriend but low and behold he was terrible. I found this organization- Law Offices of Bo Katzakian on Yelp and I am glad I did. This law firm is amazing!!! I just settled my case 2 years later and I could not be happier. Every time I had a question they would respond back to be within one day!! I know I must have bothered them quiet a bit but they were always very helpful. I got more than I could ask for and felt like I could trust them. Do not make the same mistake I did, read reviews before you pick a lawyer. This firm is amazing and will get you the most money they can and are trustworthy! Thank you BO and Associates you have helped me so much! Elizabeth
