- JMJ MMay 16, 20231.0Called in today because I seen great reviews, Francisco was very rude and condescending, Honestly they gave that person way too much power as they denied me to speak to their supervisor and hung up. I am an electrician that was electrocuted at work and have an accepted claim, I've negotiated a settlement that I have not signed because I wanted a experienced attorney to settle my claim. Apparently this francisco does not accept my claim, He even asked if I was a lawyer because I asked him if he was one of the lawyers. He then hung up on me. I really didn't need this unprofessional experience. Someone should monitor his calls as I've never ever been treated this way!

Every time I had a question they would respond back to be within one day!! I know I must have bothered them quiet a bit but they were always very helpful. I got more than I could ask for and felt like I could trust them. Do not make the same mistake I did, read reviews before you pick a lawyer.
