  Morgan & Morgan took my case FAST and dropped it about a month later. Since my case involved BART and strict legal deadlines, that delay ended up costing me. Now when I reach out to other firms, I’m being told I may have waited too long, which puts me in a difficult position. I understand cases get evaluated, but taking it on and then backing out after a delay can seriously impact a client’s options. Be cautious if your case is time-sensitive.

  I fell at work and was injured. When I saw the high rating of this law firm, I decided to trust them. I called and spoke with someone named Eric for about an hour. He took all my information, and I told him everything he wanted to know. He told me not to speak with any other firm and said they had accepted my case. He sent me a message with an agreement to sign, and I signed it. The next day, someone else named Norma Arriola messaged me and said she was my lawyer. She asked for my documents, and I sent them. In another message, they sent me an application called "M&M Mobile" and asked me to join. In another message, they sent me a link — and when I clicked on it, I realized I had to answer questions for about 15 minutes. After a few days, when I saw that I hadn't heard anything from them, I called them. I thought they were working on my case and was happy about it. But when I called, a young woman named Adriana told me that because they are in a different state and I am in a different state, they could not refer me to a doctor — and that due to the distance, they could not work with me. That was the only reason she gave. At first, I thought I had misheard her or that she was telling me something wrong. But as she continued, she kept repeating the same thing. I was truly surprised, because on the first day, they had taken all my information and knew which state I was in — and by the day I spoke with this girl, they already had all my documents. I protested, and after that, they connected me to Norma. Norma — who is a rude and arrogant lawyer — said the same thing. As you know, when you have an agreement with one law firm, if you speak with another firm, no other firm will take your case until you can cancel your agreement with the first firm. With great difficulty and after many problems, I was finally able to cancel my agreement with them so I could speak with another law firm. Please do not trust this firm at all. They are nothing but big liars and have absolutely no credibility. I am sure most of their ratings are fake and were probably written by their friends.

  My experience with Colin with this firm raised concerns about professionalism and boundaries. I won’t be using their services and would advise others to proceed with caution.

  I had a very frustrating experience with my accident case. My case manager was extremely unresponsive. It often took a long time to get replies to emails and text messages, and there was no proactive communication at all. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. What really surprised me was that the official letter they sent even had my name spelled incorrectly. Even after I pointed it out, it wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. For something as important as an accident case, I expected much better attention to detail and communication. Overall, this experience made me lose confidence in their service.
