Karman was very professional, capable, honest and compassionate. She managed our case with care and attention and she kept us informed as to the progress of our case and the firm's investigation. We also want to thank Kathryn Stebner, an experienced, strategic negotiator, and Deena Zacharin, a warm and compassionate fact finder who rounded out our excellent team at SG&G. There is no winner in a situation such as this, but the most important aspect to our settlement was that Karman took the initiative to request that the owner of the facility write a letter to my family detailing the changes that were made to policies and procedures based on my mom's care and ultimate death.
