I was very pleased with my representation by the Lento Law Firm, specifically by Hearing Advisor Rachel Laubis. I came to the firm late in my case and was assigned Rachel early on. Despite her heavy caseload, it always felt like she gave me an exceptional amount of time, attention, and support throughout the process. Rachel consistently allowed me to participate actively in my hearings and encouraged me to share my input and concerns. During the hearings, she was professional, assertive, and made excellent arguments that went directly to the heart of the matter. My case involved two separate hearings before two different Hearing Officers, and in both, the final judgments were decided in my favor.
