They overcharge and don’t honor their rates, they mis scheduled our deposition and told us it was cancelled when we showed up despite having out of town visitors - it was fixed but not without stress

Literally the worst! An exhibit was not sent over with the transcript and was needed in an expedited manner. We were only able to track down Esquire contact by an email sent from their accounting attaching the invoice we paid months ago. We emailed this contact in hopes of it being forwarded to the appropriate department, but instead we received an email saying we emailed the accounting department and try calling an 800 number for help. INCREDIBLY unhelpful when on a time deadline and the accounting department could have simply forwarded the email to the appropriate department. Will never make Esquire my preferred vendor due to the poor customer service.

Esquire went to bat for me on short notice for a motion hearing right before a 3-day weekend holiday. I was able to book online for this and received a confirmation email later the same day that they were working on it. I had requested a reporter to appear physically and that's almost impossible before a holiday. While I was later offered a remote reporter and it was too late for me to accept, I will always appreciate that someone cared enough to follow up. I will continue to use Esquire for my deposition/hearing needs.
