  I was on a worksite in Palo Alto when I fell into a hole which was covered by a piece of scrap plywood. I spent the next 4 days in Stanford Hospital where I was treated for my injuries. About 3 months later I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. That was when my Workman's Comp attorney recomended I should talk to Jeff Smith. My wife and I met with Jeff and RJ and they agreed to represent me. Everyone at ASW were very professional and worked as a team. They were really easy to work with and gave me updates on a regular basis. Jeff called me several times to inquire how I was doing and how I was dealing with the pain. As my case progressed I was impressed by how the whole team worked togeather to get me a settlement which I'm extremely satisfied with. For anyone with a workplace injury I can highly recommend ASW.They will work to get you the best result and the most compensation possible.

  My wife and I are very fortunate to have had Abramson, Smith and Waldsmith LLP ("ASW") represent us in a personal injury suit that we had brought against a neighbor in our community. We felt that they represented us in the best possible fashion, and that we received a settlement that was as good as we could have expected given the circumstances presented. We were very satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, ASW showed genuine concern and was very attentive to the situation that we were facing. They exhibited a high level of professionalism in practically everything they did and say. They were always quick in responding back to us and in seeing that legal process was performed in a timely fashion. Periodically throughout this entire process, ASW made reference to us as a “team.” We thought that ASW's identification, in this manner, resonated very well. This was because that, like a team, we all had our own individual jobs to perform with the sole intent of achieving a common goal when all was said and done. In the beginning, and immediately following my wife’s injury, my wife and I began the arduous task of seeking legal representation.
