- CBCesar BApr 19, 20265.0Long-overdue review of Mark Deniz: I worked with Mark last year when I got my first DUI in San Diego and I was terrified as I could be potentially facing a harsh judgment from the court because of a refusal and a high BAC. I called Mark on a weekend and he walked me through all of the steps needed to get the best outcome. I trusted him and we worked well together and in 2 months we got a best outcome and my refusal also got overthrown. I did no jail time, but everything the court gave me to do I have completed in about a year time. Definitely recommend Mark for your legal needs and keep in mind that every case is very specific to your facts (and every case will be different), but Mark answers all of the questions really timely and really works on your behalf if you work with him.

He’s knowledgeable, connected, and both strategic and aggressive in court. He helped reduce stacked charges from CHP, guided my nephew step by step through DMV and court, and kept his fees very fair. Communication is direct and sometimes a lot of info at once, but he always responded quickly and made sure I understood. Highly recommend if you want someone who will personally show up, fight for you, and get results.
