  I can’t say enough good things about Victor. I was dealing with a fairly complicated DUI case in San Diego County, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. After consulting with him, and giving him all the details, he came up with a strategy for my case. Ultimately, he got my probation terminated early, no jail time and I did not have to pay any court fees. I didn’t even have to appear in court. All I had to do was follow his instructions and he handled everything for me. When you talk to him you can tell Victor is a nice guy and he is very sharp. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. He is also very responsive. I don’t think I have ever called him and had the call go to voicemail. He always responds to my texts and emails very quickly, usually within minutes. Most importably, he knows what he is doing. I have hired him multiple times for a reason. If you need a good criminal defense attorney in San Diego, Victor Orsatti is the first person I would call.

  I can’t recommend Victor enough. From start to finish, he handled my case with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. He worked hard to get me the best possible outcome and made sure I understood every step of the process along the way. What really stood out was his communication—he was always responsive, clear, and patient with any questions I had. During a very stressful time, he made me feel comfortable and supported, which made a huge difference. He’s an amazing listener and he is very helpful throughout the whole time of my case I never doubted him throughout the entire time of waiting hes Definitely 100 percent on your side he is definitely the person to call to help on your case he won my case and yes hes the one to call :):)

  I had an old case from over 20 years ago that I honestly had no idea was still hanging over my head. It came with a warrant that popped up when I applied for Global Entry through the TSA. I started calling around to different lawyers and could barely get anyone to give me the time of day. Victor picked up right away and was genuinely friendly from the start. He walked me through all the possible outcomes so I knew exactly what to expect and was completely transparent about his pricing, which was very reasonable. Once I decided to move forward he was super diligent about the schedule and keeping me updated on when he would be going to court. Only a couple of weeks later he called me and told me the case was dismissed and the warrant was recalled. I am so grateful I found Victor. He took something that felt overwhelming and stressful and made the whole process easy. I would recommend him to anyone.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I have to say Mr.Orsatti has been a true blessing to my life…..he’s took on two of my cases both cases I can say I feel he really got me a good deal he is a great a attorney I can honestly say I feel he fought for me everything he told me he did I was never blindsided or mislead everything he told me he was gonna do he did overall I am satisfied with the deals he was able to get me on both cases one mistamedor and the other a felony no jail or prison time on either one and not only is he a great attorney and I recommend him to anyone fighting criminal charges he’s affordable and will work with you I’m very grateful to have him as a lawyer.
