They are "Ambulance chasers" i.e. unethical lawyers or their hired "runners" who aggressively solicit accident victims or their families. They are unprofessional, and unethical. In fact, I'm going to report the law firm and/or attorney. If you also want to do this, you must contact your specific State Bar Association or Lawyer Discipline Agency, as the American Bar Association (ABA) doesn't handle complaints; you'll need to file a formal complaint detailing the facts of misconduct (like dishonesty, fraud, or breach of confidentiality), often using their online portal or forms, to hold them accountable for ethical violations.
