- MHMommy's HelperJun 17, 20251.0Not very responsive. First time I called to get a consult, I was ignored. Called again and got through to someone. The office staff were not very helpful, compassionate or genuinely interested in gaining a client. After all the parents are going through, the last thing they need is someone who is rude and short with you when you are seeking someone to help you and stand up for you. Customer service should be a priority for the office staff as well. Didn't even get far enough to work with the attorney, but not sure if I want to after my bad experience with the rude mediocre people working there first.
