  Absolutely terrible experience with this firm. I was contacted by an intake “specialist” who told me my case was one they definitely wanted to take on and pushed a 40% contingency fee as if it were the standard, even after I pointed out that most personal injury contingency fees in California are around one-third and may only go higher if a case actually goes to trial. I only signed after confirming multiple times that they genuinely wanted my case and that I would not be dropped in a way that could make it harder to find another lawyer. I was clearly assured that if they chose not to move forward, I would not be tied up or restricted from getting new counsel, and I even had a witness present at the signing who heard these promises. About a week later, I got a call saying the attorney didn’t want the case after all and they wanted to drop me. This is exactly the situation I asked about before signing and was told would not happen, which comes across as misleading and unprofessional and raises serious questions about how they communicate with potential clients. I have demanded a full, unconditional release from any retainer, lien, or claim they think they have on my case so I can move on and find proper representation. Anyone considering this firm should be extremely cautious, ask very specific questions about fees and commitment, and get everything in writing before signing anything.

  Found these guys while surfing the web. They were on top of why I had type 2 diabetes and were there when I was searching for some answers. If you have type 2 diabetes take the short quiz and see if you qualify. If so don’t hesitate to get in on this class action.
