  Jan is a great lawyer as well as a great person. He is straightforward, tell you what needs to be done and how it can be done. He is fast and efficient, he has been doing his job for a long time and it is easy to tell. He is confident and knows how to handle the situation while making you calm down and laugh with a few jokes and stories. First experience needing a lawyer for me and I am so happy I had the chance to have him and his efficient team helping us on my case. He gave us a piece of mind that is worth every penny, I would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for all of your help Jan!

  I had such an amazing experience with the law offices of Jan Joseph Bejar. I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for their hard work and dedication in making sure that I had a well prepared packet for my green card application. Mr. Bejar was able to get me my green card in less than 4 months all thanks to his knowledge and in making sure that I was well advised and well prepared for my interview. I would like to also give Eleana Roche a special thank you for all her hard work and patience with me, she was always one call away and was always there to assist me on any questions I had.
