  My only regret in this review is that I'm not able to give these lovely people 10 or more stars! I was referred to Hiden, Rott & Oertle by our family attorney, after I was injured in a freak work accident, suffering a fractured skull, broken bones, a TBI(brain bleed) and short term memory issues among MANY other things. I was told these were the people that understood workplace injuries, especially Brain injuries. From the very beginning, Mr. Hiden and Mr. Rott, as well as paralegal Diana Ruvalcaba were always there to help me through every single step of this difficult process. Every single interaction I had with them was top notch! Whether I called, emailed or texted, they were always immediately responsive - and never treated me as if I was being an annoying worry wart with my incessant questions! With the short term memory problems I've had since my accident, I'm sure that I asked them the same questions repeatedly! Most importantly, they were able to make sure that I received the top notch medical care I now know I needed then and will need in the future. Your employer's insurer is only interested in getting rid of their liability (you) as quickly as they can and at as little cost to them as possible. Don't believe for even one second that they are there to help you or even care about you a little bit. They do not! Nobody from Hiden, Rott & Oertle ever made me a single outlandish promise like the firms you see in flashy advertisements every day. Don't go to an attorney because of their advertisements. Go to an attorney that doesnt have to advertise! A proven reputation is far better than expensive commercials, Gold chains and, big fake smiles. The fine attorneys at Hiden, Rott & Oertle are simply the best! The quiet confidence that they exude makes you realize that you made the right choice by retaining them. At the end of the day, they delivered a settlement far more generous than I ever expected or imagined. I'm now confident that I'll never worry about my future medical care or any of my other needs. Thank You!!

  I spoke to this firm about a sexual assault lawsuit where I have a vagina injury. The attorney I spoke to asked me inappropriate questions. This firm is racist. The lawyer I spoke to asked what race I was and the race of the person I’m suing. I said that I am half black half white. He then asked me what race I looked and said if I look whiter it would be better for me in a trial. He also said that the only thing that would matter is who the jury likes more.

  My wife had a challenging case involving a closed head traumatic brain injury. Not just any attorney was up to the task, as brain injury cases require significant experience from the lawyer. We found that lawyer in Michael Rott at Hiden, Rott & Oertle. We faced many challenges, and the defendants were beyond stubborn, but Mr. Rott was unrelenting in our case and tried every strategy possible to get us to a settlement worthy of the injuries suffered. Most importantly, Mr Rott and his entire firm cared about us and our family, going out of his way to make sure we were happy and that our concerns were heard. In the end, we got a fair settlement and can now move on with our lives. We highly recommend Michael Rott!

  I highly recommend Matthew Blancato. Matthew was always professional and available to answer my questions and emails. He helped me through the travesty of a broken system that is Worker’s Compensation. He suggested fantastic, caring orthopedic surgeons, Dr. David Fabi/Dr. Michael Muldoon, & brought a difficult case to a fair settlement. I now will be able to pay for the medical care denied by the insurance company. He handled everything efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this attorney.
