The lawyer I spoke to asked what race I was and the race of the person I’m suing. I said that I am half black half white. He then asked me what race I looked and said if I look whiter it would be better for me in a trial. He also said that the only thing that would matter is who the jury likes more.

Attorney, Brian Dougherty represented me and was stellar throughout. His communication is beyond amazing. I could text him directly and he would respond with an hour if not right away. Work comp is a labyrinth of laws and without good guidance, you can be lost for a long time.
