  Yo, this family law firm is next-level. I had some serious child custody issues, and these folks stepped up like true champs. They’re the real MVPs in this game. Their dedication, and understanding were outta sight. They don’t just fight for you; they fight for what’s right. If you need someone who’s got your back and won’t quit until you win, these are the people you want. Five stars, no question.

  Let me just tell you first && foremost about how Thomas Fischer gave me everything I asked for && did it faster than I could even blink an eye at! He listened && made sure that he understood everything I was trying to explain to him, I have a pending dissolution case in California that has a dissolved TRO within it that I needed him to write me a letter stating that my child’s father no longer has any custody orders anymore because we all moved out of the state of California together && are now involved with DCS in Indiana because of his abuse, && within the matter of a couple hours, this earth angel of an attorney wrote up the exact letter I needed for my lawyer out here in the state of IN && saved my 4yo boy, who’s on the spectrum from being sent back to his abusive father who’s in Texas!! I know, my situation is quite complicated && confusing!! BUT the moral of this review is to say that Mr. Fischer is the attorney to hire for anything someone has going on that has to do with sticky custody situations or family law!! This man gave me back the meaning of living a life full of joy just by a simple letter, so I can only imagine what he can do for everyone else in need of his services!!   This Attorney and firm are terrible, no communication, doesn’t return calls, doesn’t return emails, doesn’t provide billing when requested, doesn’t allow you to speak, is terrible at closing arguments, isn’t knowledgeable in closing arguments, doesn’t dress well, smells like cigarettes, over bills and lies. Like all attorneys he is just in it for the money, swindled me for over a g with little work put in. You get what you pay for, I’d of been better off representing myself. Seek other firms and avoid this firm. He doesn’t represent his clients he represents himself. I’m still waiting for my billing that he assured me it wouldn’t cost as much as it did, now I have to file an appeal myself. Update: I got billing he tried charging me for a 4 hour phone call that never happened, and i have the call logs tried billing me for things he never did and i have everything documented with screen shots, showed up for 2 appearances one he said he’d do for free as it was for a continuence he did not respond to emails which there were only about 10 and were very short which he claimed were long all documented. I fired him and am filing a complaint with the state bar for his unethical conduct and practices.

  Dealing with a high conflict divorce takes a patient person. Because of that I would highly recommend Paula to anyone who is in need of representation in family court and in any matters related to divorce, high conflict, custody, etc. This was my first time using an attorney and Paula made me feel like this wasn't just another job or client for her. I felt like she really cared about doing what was right and fair for me and my children. She was responsive to my questions and highly knowledgeable. Her fees are fair and reasonable. I admire her assertiveness and professionalism and will forever be grateful to her and her team for supporting me in my legal affairs.
