  I was impressed with the level of detail miss Phinney put into my case; she gave me good case updates and I always knew what was happening on my case when I called the office. The office is in a convenient location too, located right next to the Vista courthouse.

I would say Mr Fischer is the best writer and listener., Let me lay it down for you: this blonde-haired barrister doesn’t play by the book—he rewrote the book. His hardened Alaskan soul will get ya where you need to be. When I was stuck in a family law mess—custody, support, the whole heartbreak rodeo—he showed up like a dusty gunslinger, ten years deep in the trenches. Hair tousled, tie askew, looked like he’d wrestled the morning into submission just to make it to court. But man, did he deliver. Don’t judge the cover—this guy’s legal mind is pure platinum. He rolled into court cool as vinyl, flipped open his file like a blues riff, and started laying down legal logic that hit harder than a Marshall stack on full blast. He read the room, read the judge, and played the opposition like a Stratocaster on fire. Smooth. Smart. Unshakable. Got me more parenting time than I thought possible and didn’t back down for a second. “He’s a lawyer, a fighter, a justice-bound flame, You might not know him—but you’ll remember his name…” If you want polish, go find a mannequin. If you want results, call this guy. He's the real deal, disheveled and all. Rock steady, counselor.

  Thomas has been my attorney for the last 2 years during a lengthy custody suit. He maintains a level of professionalism that is unrivaled and is extremely detail oriented so that all facets of the case were covered. He provided me a common sense outlook even when things from my perspective were appearing dismal. After 2 years of hard work, my case is finally finished (in my favor!) and he continues to remain engaged in post-trial follow up.
