  Cast all of legal burden to his legal team. After all, the issues will settle down and be resolved by their efforts. Their legal skills are efficient and effective. They can figure out what to do and save you from your worrisome. There is always a way to solve the problems. I had issues on ex-employee who claims all kind of allegations which were exaggerated and false claims. But they sort out the problems and took a right path. Finally they reduced from 200k demand to undisclosed amount. Let Don Holben team is your refuge and strength, and help in trouble. Hope for the best and carry on!

  Absolutely horrible lawyer and person, trust me go somewhere else. So much turnaround in this office and over charging, and double charging when lawyers leave the firm and others have to redo the work. He will take your case, promise you all kinds of things, and then drop you after he has extracted as much as he thinks he can out of you. Predictably Holben lied in his response to me, when I looked over the charges and noticed he was double charging, and over charging, I correctly complained to him about the fact, and then he dropped my case, even though before fee arbitration he voluntarily reduced the bill to correct the overcharging.

  It was a great pleasure having Mr Holben, as well as his Associate Mr DiRe, help our family to resolve a real estate issue concerning construction costs and billing. Don and Dan were courteous and communicative throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the quick resolution and positive outcome, along with the lowering of our communal stress level (yes, quite rare when dealing with any legal process!). We all highly recommend Mr Holben and his firm both professionally and personally.
