What a joke this agency is. Are thease students who have no experience, Its been a month and they finally respond after indicating I have a case. Valintine is not qualifed to use email. Who is the attorney?? She indicated she cant get into the to SSDI system after months of waiting. Incompetent and no communication. She asked for documents after I waited weeks.
I need neck surgery. They cant even access the SSDi web Site?
How many months does it take to communicate.
SSDI say we have waited 60 days for a repsonse from your attorney,
No repsonse. Do not use this Attorney Group.

I am very thankful for everyone at The Disability Help Center. From Jackie, Jenette, Leonard and ALL the staff. They encouraged and guided me with everything. I'm very thankful for their kind and caring hearts. The patience they had explaining the documents, what they needed from my end. Their customer service is above and beyond. I had a Terrible Judge and the Team here helped me with my appeals. This place gave me hope and a chance when so many others rejected me. I am blessed that they have taken the time to treat me with so much kindness. Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ulcerative Colitis are often ignored. The Team here has been beyond generous, gentle, kind, helpful, patient, encouraging and so much more. Be kind to them and understand that in life we must pay for services. I truly believe they are worthy of their pay. That this team continues to be Blessed with the Best Clients and that they know how much they are appreciated for the differences they make daily. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
