  Terrible answering woman. She was so rude and would not let me speak. I called after this law firm sent me a letter for representation. I called to set that up. She kept interrupting the information I was giving her and would not hear me clearly. I asked her to please be quiet for a couple seconds so she could let me speak and hear me clearly. In the end nobody ever called me back.

I brought them a challenging case as I was dealing with an insurance company that was being difficult / unaccommodating to me, as I had no home insurance at the time when a neighbor had flooded my property (it was the neighbor's insurance company we were dealing with). I had heard good things about David Hallett from reputable acquaintances, so I contacted Buscemi | Hallett for a free consultation with him regarding my insurance company situation. After the ~half-hour phone consultation, I felt confident David was the person for the job as he was very frank about his thoughts on my situation and was swift in gathering the necessary details of my case.   Thank you David Hallett for going above and beyond in the case you handled for my family! We were involved in a lawsuit with a large corporation and throughout the entirety of the case David communicated regularly and worked extremely hard to help us reach the best possible outcome.
