- DDDanFeb 12, 20261.0I contacted them twice to help with my friends case against Uber. The first time they completely ignored me and didn't respond at all. The second time I talked to an "assistant " who was nice a n d professional. She ask me detailed questions and did seem to be genuinely concerned. She then proceeded to tell me she would pass this information to a legal associate. After waiting to hear back from them I gave up and moved on to another unhelpful law firm. I won't mention their names here but they say they are brothers with some pretty catchy commercials that imply they will talk to you no matter how busy they are. But they wouldn't help me with our particular situation either. Although they were responsive to my first inquiry. We didn't go with them because we went with a firm that had a Mandarin speaking attorney. Well, that didn't go well either. Maybe the lesson here is not to hire a law firm that spends so much money advertising on TV. But, back to this law firm. After being completely unhelpful, they continue to send us emails and acting like the were helpful and that we are satisfied clients, which of course we are not. And,in their emails they can't even use the correct spelling for my friend's first name. Another thing I will add is to make sure was the firm you are hiring means by when they state that you pay no fees unless they win your case. Because it seems to all that means is if they win one dollar then they will take their 30 cents fee.
