  Hello to you… if you’re reading this, I’m assuming your license is in jeopardy. I too, was in a situation that caused me to lose sleep, stress, and wonder if I would be able to continue working. Thankfully my colleague got me in touch with the right attorney. Thank god I was able to work with Paul Chan who has many years of experience as a licensing attorney. Although my situation was very very stressful, Mr. Chan made me feel at ease with the whole process, and got me off with a letter of reprimand. Considering my history and case that Mr. Chan represented me in, a letter of reprimand was the best possible outcome and I am truly grateful this is what was given to me. I was looking at probation, a large fine, and years of uncertainty (of my ability to work, my financial situation, and if I would be affected in the future with my dilemma). Thankfully this is not the case, and I am able to work without any restrictions, as much as I would like. Thank you so much Mr. Chan, I am truly grateful for all the time and work you put into my case 🙏. Only regret that I have, is the obvious one, getting myself into that situation, but if you’re like me, and you are in need of a great licensing attorney, you’re in luck.   Paul Chan is a great lawyer and I am so glad I found him to represent me for my Medical Board case. He is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was involved in a very complicated Medical Board case. I used a different attorney for the 1st phase of the case but did not get the results I wanted so I turned to Paul after reading the great reviews. And I am soooo glad and blessed that I found Paul. He is very straightforward and got my case started right away. His fees are very reasonable and they are capped. I have never felt that Paul treated me differently even after he has spent many hours on my case. I even offered him more money for his effort but he kindly declined. He is sharp and has a lot of experience, he knew the folks from the Medical board which really helped. He took the time to listen to my points of view and gave me a lot of great input. He was relentless and he cared about his clients. Through his tireless efforts, we were able to get the best settlement offer which we have hoped for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a Medical Board or Nursing Board case.
