  Carla Castaneda did an amazing job representing me for my divorce during the entire process, which took two years due to my ex husband dragging it out. She advocated for me with confidence and skill. I had a positive outcome considering the circumstances, which was the result of how prepared, knowledgeable, and thorough she is. She was great at keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had, and she always responded promptly. I always felt like my case mattered which is often not the case with other attorneys. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great attorney.

  Diane Wasznicky is a phenomenal attorney. She took over my long, messy, divorce case, put all the pieces together and got everything back on track. Diane truly knows the law, especially when it comes to divorce, parenting plans, and custody. I also worked closely with Sandra Daniels, who was equally amazing, responsive, supportive, and great at coordinating everything from paperwork, calls, to opposing counsel. She's professional, personable and even had a sense of humor at times which made a stressful situation a little lighter. Her paralegal Christna Long Reed was on her game as well. Great team work!!!

  Family law is extremely unpredictable and should always be a last resort. I would avoid it if you can, however, that is not always possible. I was being brought into court on bogus accusations for several years, with the courts taking no action against the other party causing this. Diane was extremely clear in her plan to request a 730 evaluation. She understood the complexity of my case as it had gone on for about 9 years already at the point of our meeting, and knew which professionals to work with to have this situation understood, fully. Diane is honest to a point that will offend some, but this is truly her biggest asset. She will tell you directly what it is that you need to hear, possible outcomes, and what you may be doing wrong in some cases. She understands the characters involved on both sides, ie the attorneys, judges, evaluators, and all their differing personalities. I was able to get the correct outcome, resulting from two separate evaluations over several years. Diane’s shrewdness and skill are what allowed us to both make a plan and execute it clearly, and with extremely favorable results. I recommend her strongly for anyone dealing with a complex family law/custody issue.
