    Me and my family showed up at our scheduled appointment and the lawyer canceled it when we arrived. We drove 2 hours to meet with them not including the time it took for us to prepare materials and documents. Very unprofessional, do not recommend. I took our business elsewhere and won.

    I would not suggest using this attorney firm,they did nothing to help me on my case. I did not meet Riley in person until two years later. I met with other advocates of Riley’s that I did not hire originally. In the long run I ended up losing my case and had to settle. This was with witnesses to confirm my side of the story as well as fighting a company that had bold faced liars in proof. Never got my injuries fixed. I had to prod them along and keep them up to date on everything or reminders that i still haven’t heard from them. I was NOT represented. The staff that I did talk to were very considerate and kind especially Jessica. Riley was not helpful on the Comp battle. Very disappointing.
