  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. From the very beginning, their staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand my situation or provide helpful guidance, they spoke in a condescending tone and made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. What was even more concerning was their clear lack of knowledge regarding court documents and minute orders. I expected a basic level of competence, but it became obvious very quickly that they did not understand how these documents work. This led to confusion, delays, and ultimately more frustration on my end. On top of that, their pricing felt completely unreasonable. They upcharged for nearly everything, with little transparency or justification for the added costs. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation rather than providing a legitimate service. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Between the poor customer service, lack of expertise, and excessive fees, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

  Kim and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. So nice. So easy. So professional. So efficient. And so fast! I don't live in the area so needed to rely on a legit local legal service team I could count on and they didn't disappoint. Thanks again Kim!

  I reached out to Kim at Accurate Imaging when I was really in a bind trying to serve an individual with process, and she was extremely helpful in getting the job done under a very tight deadline. Kim was responsive to my requests for status updates and was sure to let me know the moment she'd gotten my defendant served.
