It had adaptive cruise control which I've never used before. Vehicle kept slowing down so I got in the left lane and the car took off because I had pressed the accelerate button to many times. When I realized that the car accelerated over the speed limit I slowed immediately, but it was too late. I was getting pulled over by CHP. I tried to explain the situation, but they weren't having it. They gave me a welcome to California ticket. I got in touch with Mr. Larrabee and he went to bat for me. He calls it luck. I think it was a little bit more than that. With his experience he was able to get the ticket dismissed. All through the process he was very easy to talk to and explained everything throughout. Hopefully I'll never be in that situation again, but if I do I would definitely reach out to him. Thank you again Mr. Larrabee!
