  I was referred to Jesse by a friend. My friend told me that Jesse is a really good lawyer. What he did not tell me was that he is more than just good. Once you make an appointment, sitdown, and talk to him you don't have anything to worry about. He and his team has everything covered from there. His secretary Hietzel was great to speak to, and always answered all of my questions. From reminders regarding court dates, to exact court house directions as I had two separate courthouses within the duration of my case. One thing is for sure, he gets the job done. He tells you exactly how it is, and gives you an insight on his course of action for the case in order to get you the results he promised. I am more than happy and grateful to have been referred to the best lawyer I know at Thompson Garcia Law. I have so much more to say, but I don't have enough time to express my full experience.

  If you’re looking for great criminal law attorneys, you’ve come to the right place. I never thought I’d be in need of legal defense, but inconceivably found myself in desperate need of an attorney back in 2015. Prior to this, I had spent 30 years in law enforcement and had nothing but trust and respect for my previous profession, but as the events of my case evolved, I saw a very dark side of it - not the pursuit of truth, but the pursuit of winning at all costs. Jesse Garcia is a brilliant attorney, who is well known and respected throughout the state of California based on his years of experience and success. It was his guidance and will to fight for me that helped me understand exactly what the political situation was that I was dealing with. Had it not been for his initial advice early on, which I admittedly second guessed at the time, who knows what might have happened. Austin Thompson was my primary trial attorney. He is also brilliant. He is a great listener, affable, intelligent very analytical, focused and driven. During my trial, the Judge praised him for his demeanor and professionalism. I also observed that he was admired by other attorneys and staff members of the court. I also have an acquaintance who works in the courts in San Mateo County and not only did they know Mr. Thompson, but they also told me he had an impeccable reputation there as well. During my trial, the Alameda County Deputy District Attorney was caught LYING – FOUR (4) times and this is documented in the trial transcripts. If you think you can “trust the system,” you are severely misguided. In the case of the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, they are no longer content with the truth, but obsessed with winning, in spite of it. With the help of BOTH Austin Thompson and Jesse Garcia, the Nine Felony charges I faced were ultimately dismissed. I can’t stress to you enough to contact Thompson and Garcia for your situation, whatever that might be.

  Jesse garcia is amazing. He explained everything down the to the point. He made me and my family feel good and confident about our case. He will never let you down. He will also put himself in harm's way for you. He defended us from people who wanted to hurt us outside court . He will stick with you no matter what. I'm happy we were told to go see jesse . Also he likes it if you stop by once in a while to see hows he doing. Hes a good guy .
