  If this is the only review you see, please read this and make sure you DO NOT choose this firm. If you are looking for a law firm to represent you, with YOU in mind and give you the best results, PLEASE trust me and take this as your sign to go look for any other firm. You will only regret not doing so. I was with this firm for 3+years, did surgery, injections, everything I could and they still got me an absolutely embarrassing settlement while constantly giving me false hope and numbers that were not accurate. Thats not even the worst part. The staff and lawyers would forget important details about my case from literal disorganization. It was wild how often I had new staff from people leaving or no longer working on my case, and me having to re-explain everything, them giving me constant false hope, false deadlines, false numbers, and how long they took on everything while they conveniently were getting paid additional fees per month and then charging an additional $16,000 in fees on top of their percentage split, it was a genuinely disgusting experience. If you are with them, please know that you can and absolutely and should switch to another firm without having to explain to them why you did it. If you want the best results for yourself, your mother, father, family or friends, this is not for you and they do not deserve your business. I noticed they care more about their social media image than they do about your life. I rarely write reviews, but if I can save 1 person from this regret, this review will be worth it. Myself and a few others will also be filing a complaint with the Texas state bar. Again, please reconsider your decision with this firm. You will regret it. I absolutely did. “Update, I also spoke to Sean Markland, one of the name partners of this firm. At first he was understanding and seemed to want to help. He asked me to give him 1-3 days to fix this. In 5 days he missed 4 appointments and ignored my emails and stopped speaking to me. Again, this seems to he a norm. If you look up the other reviews, lacking communication is something that’s brought up a lot. If you see this. Look me up, message me and join me in writing to the Texas Bar. What this firm does is unacceptable.
