- BBBarbara Blumenthal-DaliMar 4, 20241.0Hawekotte was retained to do my sister's trust with a $10,000 retainer over two years ago. Numerous attempts to get the trust completed fell on deaf ears. After flying in specifically to get the document finished, and her assurances that she had everything she needed, we were unable to either reach her, get a response, or get the document. We had to go to her office and retrieve the document, and take it to another lawyer. Her secretary said she hadn't seen her for over a month!! She basically did nothing after getting the retainer. She has no business being an attorney.
