Tecla Lunak was able to hear my side of the story, and advise me appropriately when it made sense to push for something, and when it didn't make sense. It felt like she knew the law well and would apply all appropriate legal remedies in a fair and balanced way. I was looking for aggressive, but non-contentious, and that is what I found. Although this law office is costly, I felt like they were fair and efficient in their billing practices. Although I would hope you wouldn't need a lawyer like I did, if you do, the Law Offices of Tecla M Lunak are a very good choice.

From the very beginning, it was clear there was no genuine interest in resolving my case. Despite numerous opportunities to move things forward, Tecla M. Lunak consistently delayed progress, which only increased his fees without delivering any tangible results. What’s even more troubling is that his actions (or lack thereof) made me question his intentions. It almost felt as though he was working in tandem with the opposing party to extend the case unnecessarily. Communication was poor, and I often felt like I was being left in the dark, which added to the frustration and mistrust. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will prioritize your interests and resolve your case efficiently and ethically, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with Tecla M. Lunak has been nothing but frustrating, costly, and disappointing.
